Who runs Kist

Kist (openkist.app) is operated by Simon (@SimpleSimon872), an individual based in Western Australia (“we”, “us”).

What Kist is

Kist is a portfolio tracker and swap interface for blockchain wallets. It is non-custodial: we never hold your funds or keys, can’t move your assets and can’t recover a lost wallet or reverse a transaction.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. You must not use Kist where doing so is illegal, or if you are subject to sanctions. Swap providers may block certain regions or addresses.

Not financial advice

Nothing in Kist is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You make your own decisions.

Data may be wrong

Balances, prices, floor prices, values and token-bound account details come from third-party sources. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Some assets show as “unpriced” when no reliable price exists. Always check a block explorer before acting on anything Kist shows.

Swaps

Swaps and bridges are routed through Li.Fi and third-party protocols that we don’t control. Before you confirm, Kist shows the fees, including Kist’s 0.20% fee. You review and sign every transaction in your own wallet.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Prices can move, routes can fail, and bridges can be delayed. You accept those risks.

Your responsibilities

You’re responsible for keeping your wallet secure and for checking every address and transaction before you sign. Scammers create addresses that look like real ones, so always check the full address.

Kist has no token

There is no Kist token, presale, airdrop or mint. Anything claiming otherwise is a scam.

Third-party services

Kist relies on services such as WalletConnect, Li.Fi, data providers and marketplaces. Their own terms apply, and we’re not responsible for their availability or actions.

Availability

Kist is free to use and provided “as is”. We may change, pause or discontinue any part of it at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses arising from your use of Kist. That includes losses from transactions, third-party services, incorrect data or downtime.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t legally be excluded.

Our content

The Kist name, logo and site content belong to us. Don’t use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or that impersonates Kist.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated version. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
